Project idea

V blízkosti riešeného pozemku je plánovaná výstavba rodinných domov, no keďže v úzkom okolí nestojí žiaden významný objekt, hlavnou myšlienkou pri návrhu bolo prispôsobenie sa a plynulé vsadenie bytového domu do územia. Samotný objekt je súčasťou komplexu troch bytových domov. Hlavná myšlienka je v pôdoryse vyjadrená kopírovaním tvaru kruhového objazdu, pri ktorom sa objekt nachádza. Plynulé spätosť s okolím je rovnako tvorená ustúpením najvyšších podlaží krajných budov.
Splynutie s okolím bolo pri návrhu zakomponované v myšlienke "inverzie". Nakoľko sa objekty nachádzajú pri verejnej komunikácií, industriálny ráz tejto časti je stvárnený v podobe oceľových pavlačových balkónov, prebiehajúcich pozdĺž južnej fasády budov. Na druhej strane, rodinný charakter južnej časti pozemku tvorený verejným parkom sa prejavuje na severnej strane v podobe drevenej fasády.
Celkovo sa jedná o komplex bytových domov, ktoré svojim architektonickým riešením prinášajú nové možnosti na bývanie a takisto svojim tvarom oddeľujú od verejnej komunikácie priestor možného stretávania sa obyvateľov jednotlivých bytov.

Around the used plot of land there is planned construction of family houses. Because of in close vicinity there is no significant object, the main idea in the design was the adaptation and the smooth placement of the apartment house into the territory. Designed building is part of a complex of three residential homes. The main idea is expressed in the plan view by copying the shape of the traffic roundabout which is located near the buildings. The continuous retreat with the environment is also created by the abandonment of the highest floors of the outer buildings. Merging with the environment was also embedded in the idea of "inversion". As the objects are located in public communications, the industrial character of this part is made up of steel vaulted balconies running along the southern facade of buildings. On the other hand, the family character of the southern part of the plot, which is a public park, appears on the north side in the form of a wooden facade. In total, this is a complex of residential houses which, by their architectural solutions, bring new possibilities for housing and, in their shape, separate from public communication the possibility of meeting the inhabitants of individual flats.

Project description

Bytový dom je umiestnený v severozápadnej časti pozemku. Pôdorys pripomína tvar písmena "L", ktorého ramená zvierajú uhol 155°. Pri tvorbe fasády bola snaha deliť jednotlivé časti budov nie pomocou farieb, ale využitím rôznych druhov materiálov.
1) prvé nadzemné podlažie lemuje obkladový kameň - odčlenenie polifunkcie
2) fasádu druhého a tretieho nadzemného podlažia tvorí biela omietka - obytné priestory
3) najvyššie podlažie je tvorí drevený obklad - nadštandardné bývanie - penthouse
Pri navrhovaní dispozície bytového domu bola snaha nadviazať na orientáciu bytov voči svetovým stranám a vytvoriť tak dispozície pomocou línií. Od severnej strany je prvou líniou pavlačova chodba - akustická ochrana od komunikácie. Druhú líniu predstavujú jednotlivé dvojizbové a trojizbové byty. Tretia línia sú oceľové pavlačové balkóny, tvoriace južnú fasádu budov.
Bytový dom disponuje jednopodlažným podzemným parkoviskom ktoré plynulo prebieha pod úrovňou terénu a spája sa s podzemným parkoviskom tretej budovy bytového komplexu. Z parkoviska je umožnený priamy prístup do všetkých troch budov pomocou výťahov, dvojramenných a jedného trojramenného schodiska, spájajúcich chodby jednotlivých podlaží vo zvislom smere.

The apartment house is located in the northwestern part of the land. The plan is reminiscent of the shape of the letter "L", whose arms clamp an angle of 155 °. When creating the facade, it was an attempt to divide the individual parts of buildings not by using colors but by using different types of materials.
1) the first floor above the lining of the tile - the separation of the polyphony
2) the facade of the second and third overground floors are white plaster - living spaces
3) the highest floor is formed by wooden paneling - more comfort housing - penthouse
When designing the layout of an apartment house, it was an effort to move the flats towards the world's faces and to create layouts by means of lines. From the north, the first line is the porch coridor - acoustic protection from street. The second line represents individual two-room and three-room flats. The third line is the steel gable balcony, forming the southern facade of the buildings.
The apartment house has a single-storey underground car park that goes smoothly below the ground level and connects with the underground car park of the third building of the complex. From the car park, direct access to all three buildings is possible by means of lifts, two-armed stairs and one three-armed stairs connecting the corridors of individual floors in a vertical direction.

Technical information

Situovanie bytového domu na prevažne rovinnom teréne umožňuje použiť ako základovú konštrukciu železobetónové rošty. Zvislú nosnú konštrukciu tvorie železobetónové stĺpy s prierezom 300x300mm a osovými vzdialenosťami 5400x5000mm. Stropné dosky sú uvažované monolytické železobetónové hrúbky 200mm. Ako výplňové murivo boli navrhnuté tvárnice z porobetónu hrúbky 300mm s kontaktným zatepľovacím systémom z expandovaného polystyrénu hrúbky 150mm. Okná sú navrhnuté s izolačným trojsklom pre zvýšenie využiteľnosti solárnej energie. Všetky konštrukcie sú navrhnuté v súlade s platnými technickými normami.

Situation of an apartment house on a mostly flat terrain allows the use of reinforced concrete grids as a base structure. The vertical support structure consists of reinforced concrete columns with a cross-section of 300x300mm and axial distances of 5400x5000mm. Ceiling slabs are considered monolytic reinforced concrete thicknesses of 200mm. As a filler brick, 300 mm thick porous concrete blocks with 150 mm thick expanded polystyrene insulating system were designed. The windows are designed with insulating triple glazing to increase the usability of solar energy. All constructions are designed in accordance with valid technical standards.
