Idea projektu

The projected cultural leisure center is a two-story building, where the second floor occupies only part of the total area of ​​the first floor. According to the form, the museum should resemble an elegant cultural object, executed in the best traditions of the French school of architecture, at the same time a combination of sufficiently sharp elements with smooth allowed multiple compositional solutions. On the main facade, a soft, smooth multifunctional hall is inscribed in the rectilinear structure. The northern facade of the building is made in smooth lines, which emphasizes its functional part, as there are studios of ballroom dances.

In terms of the leisure center is in the form of sculptures of the French school of architecture, in particular, elements of architectural composition are applied. Parking lots are located on the left and in front of the main entrance of the building. Arrivals are provided from two sides, which will shorten the time of arrival and departure and will not allow a short-time traffic jam, the conditional line is divided into administrative part and part for visitors. There is a road for the fire engine to the leisure center. After the car park is directly the main path to the building, then created an artificial reservoir on which in rhythmic order laid stone blocks. Behind the building there is an entrance for the club part

Technické informace

The first floor is intended for the location of the storage facility, workshops, public catering areas, a multipurpose hall, a lecture hall, administrative rooms, and also for studio halls. On the second floor there are studios of fine arts with a large library of the center. The height of the floors is 4800 mm. The connection of the floors is through the internal staircases.The structural scheme of the building frame with the use of half-timbered columns with curtain panels of stained glass. On the metal columns Pratt's rectangular trusses are fixed with a welded joint. The farms are located in the transverse direction. The column pitch is changeable. The maximum span is 15000 mm. Overlapping is monolithic. The foundation is monolithic for a metal column.
