Idea projektu

on a plot of 500m2, in the middle of nature, the idea is to create a space that thinks above all to the user, the interest is given to a fluid space with a maximum of ventilation, and natural lighting, to enjoy the view directly overlooking the mer, with an exterior layout that includes a large garden, a pyscine and a parking space for cars.

Popis projektu

a house of holidays in the nature, conceived in space day / night, a RDC with kitchen, space stay, dining room and Sanitary, the 1st floor contains the space night, with 3 rooms and sanitary, the terrace accesible includes an office and bunderie, a terrace that has been turned around with flower boxes to take full advantage of nature and feel in direct relation with the context of which the project is integrated.

Technické informace

the project of a built surface of 120 m ² with a slate roof, isolated in full nature, the walls of 60 cm thick of stone, the use of the techniques of a house complement autonomous, rainwater recovery, pannels photovoltaic, and Canadian wells to heat the house, double glazing and a verry on the roof to allow natural ventilation of the project.
