Nike headquarters

Idea projektu

based on researches about administrative capacity, Tehran city was blew the standards. so I choose to design a headquarter that create job situation for people. Also the another problem in Tehran is the polluted weather and shortage of fuel reserves. sustainable architecture is one of the solutions that can use for this kind of situation. At first I use Nike logo as my concept. like Nike logo that goes up and looks like it reaches the apex, I get my building off the floor gradually. Also this feature cause an empty space under the building till people can commute there. Further I wanted to design a sustainable building.

this building is located on an empty ground that placed in Valiast st. and Esfandiar st. intersection, and its area is 2445sqm.only 60% of the site is build (1467sqm). The complex includes:restaurant.show room,offices,classes and amphitheater. the building has three floor. the first floor is open for people. It has restaurant and shops. offices,amphitheater and classes are at the second and third floor and they are only for employees.and it has a underground parking. Also The height of the complex does not affect the panorama of the city.
