The project's Idea based on realism. functionalism. green and sustainability architecture. Besides it contains dynamic spaces.
Popis projektu
This residential complex contains gym, pool, convention hall restaurant and a lobby which has a coffee shop up stairs, in it's ground floor. The building has 3 blocks, 2 of them have 5 stories and I of them has 7 stories. 5 story blocks have four unites in each story and 7 story block has two unites in each story. each story has it's own yard.
