Idea projektu
The Aim is to design a farmhouse for an old couple. The site is located in Bani gala, on a contoured land gradually sloping down towards Rawal lake, in Islamabad.
Popis projektu
The project includes the Main house, A dwelling for helpers in the farm, A well, A granary, Fish pond, Shelter for animals and fruit trees. All designed in a relation to each other and for maximum benefit of the farmhouse.
Materials used should be sustainable, thermal efficient and easily available in the area. For this purpose, materials survey was done.
