Idea projektu

In this design, the creation of architectural space by identifying different characteristics and basic themes, such as being compatible with the climate, the induction of dynamics in space, man and their understanding of space and expression have taken place.
This project has challenged us in several ways. First, there is a park on the west side of the site that has the best scenery. So, we should benefit from that. On the other hands, as a result of the poor quality of the west light in Tehran, we should close the building's west side as much as possible. For this purpose, we have found two solutions, create a shadow by moving volume and use rotating panels that can be controlled at different hours during the day. We have tried to provide both options.
Access to the park is not allowed from near the site. The park entrance is located too far from this building. Consequently, we have decided to create a green core inside the building that gives us wide range of views from all of the interior spaces.
The attention to the fifth side of the building and using effective sunlight from the roof is another specification of this building.
The client's girl has died and he requested using a photo of her in interior design. Therefore, we have decided to dedicate a wall of the green core that is visible from everywhere. Nonetheless, we are reluctant to choose the easiest way. it means to use a real photo. So, by the help of plants, which is a symbol of being alive and parametric conceptual design we turned one of her photos into an ever-green wall of the patio. Furthermore, That wall is shining by sunlight during the day.

The house is a different modern residence among townhouses based in Tehran on four floors which include an elevator, a swimming pool, and a private gym.
The house has one basement floor that includes a sizable gym and leisure facilities, a billiard table for instance. Furthermore, the basement floor has a parking space and a small house for the housekeeper.
The kitchen, lounge room, TV room are all part of the ground and first floors which are designed as family spaces. The remaining floor is where the bedrooms, bathrooms and additional kitchen and lounge areas are located.
