Project idea

Bytový dom je určený pre príjemné bývanie v oblasti zástavby rodinných domov. Stavba sa filozoficky odvíja na základoch objektu nedostavanej základnej školy. Bytový dom je rozdelený z hľadiska funkcie na dve časti, ktoré majú vhodné dopĺňať okolité prostredie, v ktorom chýba verejný priestor.

Apartment house is designed to provide a pleasant family life in the local area, mainly of family houses. The construction is based philosophically on a basis of a non-finished elementary school. The apartment house is divided into two parts, which create a suitable complement to the surrounding environment, in which there is no public space yet.

Project description

Novostavba sa nachádza na severe Slovenska v meste Turzovka, v mestskej časti Závodie. Do úvah pri začlenení objektu vstupuje aj umiestnenie v horskom prostredí, nakoľko objekt sa nachádza pod kopcom v blízkosti pohoria Beskydy. Pozemok sa nachádza na okraji centra obce, má rovinatý charakter s rozlohou 7732 m2 a prístupová cesta i všetky inžinierske siete sú napojené na objekt z východnej strany. Zo západnej strany je objekt ohraničený dvíhajúcim sa terénom a lesným porastom, z južnej strany naopak športovým areálom. Na severnej strane sa nachádza okolitá zástavba rodinných domov. Neďaleko sa nachádza tiež lyžiarske stredisko a športový areál.
Bytový dom je rozdelený z hľadiska funkcie na dve časti. Terasová časť objektu je pripravená a uspôsobená pre reštauračné a kaviarenské zariadenie, prípadne pre inú polyfunkciu. Časť objektu so sedlovou strechou je zameraná na rodinné bývanie. Obytná časť bytového domu je riešená rozdelením priestoru do buniek jednotného modulu s prístupom so spoločnej pavlače. V prvom a druhom podlaží sa nachádzajú štandardné bytové priestory troj- a dvojizbových bytov. Najvyššie podlažie je riešené aj pre byty s vyšším štandardom. Celý objekt je podpivničený a v suteréne sa nachádza aj podzemná garáž pre 28 automobilov a pivničné priestory jednotlivých bytov. Objekt poskytuje úzke prepojenie a komunikáciu s exteriérom prostredníctvom terás a vikierov. V okolí sa nachádza rozľahlá zeleň a lesný porast.
Bytový dom je navrhnutý ako samostatne stojaci dom pavlačového a terasového typu. Časť domu je vyčlenená na polyfunkciu. Je podpivničený a má tri nadzemné podlažia. K domu prislúcha aj garáž v suteréne a pri hranici pozemku s komunikáciou sa nachádza vonkajšia parkovacia plocha. Hmota domu je položená na nepravidelnom pôdoryse pripomínajúceho písmeno L. Hmotu samotnú tvoria 2 kvádre ktoré sú navzájom pootočené. Výraznejšia pozdĺžna časť slúži na bývanie a v prízemí terasovej časti je umiestnený priestor pre prípadnú polyfunkciu. Strecha je šikmá sedlová s dvoma štítovými stenami, pričom je pokrytá vegetáciou, ktorá plynule prechádza do lesného porastu. Plášť je bielej farby a na jednotlivé segmenty je predelený vystupujúcim nosným rámom. Odsunutá hmota plášťa vytvára terasy a je s dreveným obkladom v horizontálnom ktorý dodáva terase pohľadovú hĺbku. Pred priečelím objektu sa nachádza terasa reštaurácie, malý verejný priestor a park s ihriskom pre deti. V zátiší za objektom je umiestnený malý ovocný sad s vysokou i nízkou zeleňou.

The new building is located in the north of Slovakia in Turzovka, in the city part called Závodie. The location is in the mountain environment, which also comes into consideration as the object is located under the hill near the Beskydy Mountains. The land is located on the outskirts of the village, it has a flat character with an area of ​​7732 m2 and the access road and all the engineering networks are connected to the building from the east side. From the west side, the object is bounded by rising terrain and forest vegetation, from the southern side on the other. On the northern side there is the surrounding area of ​​family houses. Nearby there is also a ski resort and a sports complex.
The apartment house is divided into two parts. The terrace part of the building is prepared and adapted for restaurant and café facilities, or for another polyfunction. The part with the pitched roof is focused on family living. The residential part of the building is solved by dividing the space into cells of a single module with access to a common hall. On the first and second floors there are standard apartment spaces of three- and two-room flats. The top floor is also designed for apartments with a higher standards. The entire building has basement and in the basement there is an underground garage for 28 cars and cellars of each apartment. The facility provides close connection and communication with the exteriors via terraces. In the surroundings there is a large green area and forest vegetation.
The apartment house is designed as a stand-alone house of the courtyard and terraced type. Part of the house is dedicated to polyfunction. It has basement and three above-ground floors. There is also a garage in the basement and there is an outdoor parking area near the road. The mass of the house is laid on an irregular plan, reminiscent of letter L. The body itself consists of two blocks which are rotated one to another. A more distinctive longitudinal section serves for living and a ground floor also for possible polyfunction is placed on the ground floor of the terrace. The roof has a pitched saddle covered with vegetation that passes smoothly into the forest. The casing is white in color and is subdivided into a single supporting segment. The offset mass of the walls creates terraces and is with a wooden tile in the horizontal direction which gives the terrace a viewing depth. In front of the building there is a restaurant terrace, a small public area and a park with children's playground. There is also a small orchard with high and low vegetation.

Technical information

Stavba je založená na betónových základových pásoch pod hlavnými nosnými prvkami – železobetónovými rámami. Konštrukcia je charakteristická skeletovým priečnym systémom zo železobetónu a výplňovým murivom HELUZ 38 2in1. Vnútorné priečky tvoria keramické tehly HELUZ hr. 300 a 100mm. Horizontálny nosný systém tvorí železobetónový monolitický strop. Schodisko je doskové železobetónové. Strecha je pokrytá vegetáciou a extenzívnymi rastlinami. Podpernú konštrukciu sedlovej strechy tvorí železobetónový rám a skelet. Všetky obalové konštrukcie spĺňajú požiadavky noriem.

The construction is based on concrete foundation strips under the main supporting elements - reinforced concrete frames. The structure is characterized by a reinforced concrete skeletal cross-section structure and a HELUZ 38 2in1 filling masonry. The inner partition walls form ceramic bricks HELUZ (300 and 100mm). The horizontal support system forms a reinforced concrete monolithic ceiling. The staircase is a reinforced concrete slab. The roof is covered with vegetation and extensive plants. The supporting structure of the pitched roof is made of reinforced concrete frame and skeleton. All packaging designs meet the requirements of valid technical standards.
