Bytový dom Čadca, An apartment house Cadca

Project idea

Cieľom projektu bolo navrhnúť moderný bytový dom, ktorý architektonicky a urbanisticky zapadne to zastavanej časti mesta Čadca. Zároveň som sa snažil zachovať čo najviac zelených plôch na pozemku a vytvoriť príjemné prostredie pre obyvateľov bytového domu, ale aj obyvateľov okolitých bytových domov.
The main idea was design a modern apartment house that architecturally and urbanistically fit into the built-up part of the city of Čadca. At the same time, I tried to keep as many green areas as possible on the land and create a pleasant environment for the inhabitants of the apartment building, but also for the inhabitants of the surrounding apartment buildings.

Project description

Práca rieši architektonické a urbanistické riešenie bytového domu. Projekt obsahuje vývoj hmoty objektu, návrh podzemného parkoviska, návrh polyfunkcie v 1. nadzemnom podlaží, typové riešenie bytových jednotiek na 2., 3. a 4. podlaží a návrh penthausoch v poslednom nadzemnom podlaží.
The thesis solves the architectural and urban design of the apartment building. The project includes the development of the mass of the building, the design of the underground parking lot, the design of the polyfunction in the 1st floor, the type solution of the apartment units on the 2nd, 3rd and 4th floors and the design of the penthouses in the last above-ground floor.

Technical information

Projektová dokumentácia rieši typové riešenie jednotlivých podlaží, čiernobiele a farebné pohľady, návrh skladieb podláh, obvodového plášťa a strechy, návrh a výpočet schodiska, vizualizácie bytového domu a jeho začlenenie do existujúcej zástavby.
The project documentation solves the type solution of the individual floors, black and white and color views, design of the floors, the envelope and the roof, the design and calculation of the staircase, the visualization of the apartment building and its integration into the existing building.
