Project idea

Идея данного проекта заключалась в том, чтобы превратить заброшенный бетонный завод в индивидуальный жилой дом, который бы находился в черте города, и имел общественную функцию. Часть здания, которая когда-то составляла сам завод, выделена под публичную зону, в данном случае под лавку мясника. Хозяин дома, мясник в третьем поколении, продает, а также готовит свежее мясо. Важно понимать, что на территории дома не держат скот, поэтому вопрос неприятного запаха и грязи отпадает. Главной целью было дать новую жизнь старому, заброшенному архитектурному объекту, отсюда и название проекта - RENOVATION.
The idea of ​​this project was to turn an abandoned concrete plant into an individual house that would be within the city, and had a public function. Part of the building that once was the plant itself, is allocated to the public zone, in this case under the butcher's shop. The owner of the house, the butcher in the third generation, sells, and also prepares fresh meat. It is important to understand that cattle are not kept on the territory of the house, so the problem of unpleasant odor and dirt disappears. The main goal was to give new life to the old, abandoned architectural object, hence the name of the project - RENOVATION.

Project description

Получив задание, необходимо было придумать образ и идею проекта. После чего последовал этап создание эскизов на данную тему, поиск формы. Следующим этапом было создать 3д модель, с последующим уточнением формы. После утверждения формы необходимо было создать чертежи, а также макет формы. Финальным этапом является оформление планшета.
Having received the assignment, it was necessary to come up with the image and idea of the project. After that, the stage of creating sketches on this topic followed, the search for forms. The next step was to create a 3d model, with the subsequent refinement of the form. After the form was recognized, it was necessary to create the drawings, as well as the layout of the form. The final stage is the design of the tablet.
