Project idea

the project is in the event of recreate the Alvand ( industrial-residential city )downtown by designing a mixed use building with attention to local architecture, monumental values and increasing the social communications

Project description

the project is trying to bring architecture and urban design together in order to response the need for increasing social communications, in this way the form is effected by up going stairs that arriving the urban terrace at the end, on top of the communication space in start of the circulation path.
then we should notice other important parts of the form, cube shape monuments that bring the light in, block annoying wind and Provide entering in each part of the project, in addition of making some spaces for people to rest and communicate with each other
