The Unity's Tower - La tour de l'Unité

Project idea

Because we believe that unity is a pledge of construction and development, we have chosen to magnify this value by designing a building. Indeed, the tower of unity is for us a means of federing, of gathering in order to better build. It will house cultural spaces, shops, offices and chairs, as well as a panoramic conference room. The tower would be a phar, a landmark for the nation that will welcome it.

Project description

The tower is composed of three significant blocks, high of 70m, it offers to the public an architecture-signal open on the city. Each block is divided into 4 equidistant trays, and the plant comes to be a green lung for the building.

Technical information

The building is a low energy tower. We have developed a system capable of transforming the heat of the glazing and the walls into energy. The vegetation in height, serves as green lungs to the building. With meticulous work on lighting, which redouble the facade, day and night.
