He is also the co-founder of the Institute for Urban Resilience and Development (IURD), where he actively engages in research and initiatives shaping resilient and future-proof cities.Currently, Endrit is deepening his academic pursuit in Urban Resilience and Regional Planning, seeking to contribute to knowledge on adaptive urban strategies that balance growth, ecological responsibility, and cultural preservation.
