Currently, I am working as a senior lecturer in the Interior Design Department at Raffles College of Higher Education. Before, I worked as an adjunct lecturer at NYIT, Abu Dhabi, and teaching assistant and instructor at Istanbul Technical University (I.T.U) for eleven years. Throughout these experiences, I have been responsible for the courses at both undergraduate and graduate levels. I hold an undergraduate degree in Architecture from ITU . Additionally, I was awarded my Ph.D. by the Department of History of Art at ITU. I completed my Masters' degree in Industrial Design at ITU in 2007. My current research interests lie in a wide range of interior design topics; such as furniture design, adaptive reuse, cinematic space, interior design history, spatial narrative, domestic interiors, cultural aspects, handcrafting, and semiotics. Having an architecture degree allowed me to deal with environmental factors and to understand building structure, technics, and logic. My industrial design master's degree helped me to understand the smaller scale and develop a human-centered design approach.

I am an Architect from Turkey.Last year of my bachelor, I studied in Poland and I attend competition projects and workshops as international and national.I won much of them and I was a finalist in Inspireli. I work onconstruction and design solutions on my projects.I focus on various aspects of design.Such as,urban-landscape design,building facade design,interior design,most of the time I pay attention to the rebuilt historical buildings that learnt me conservation them,design with their surroundings and history.In general,design of buildings and urban should be taught together because their variation affects to the cultural heritage.My intention on my works,constitute buildings with sustainability, conservation their cultural position and provide enriches.

I aim to realize environmentally sensitive designs that aim to increase the quality of life of people and to work with the right teammates at this stage. By paying attention to the unity of human, nature and architecture in my designs, I aim to produce creative ideas that will solve the complexity of daily life and transform architecture from a concrete block into a living organism. In this direction, I completed my 4-year education at Balıkesir University Faculty of Architecture for the period of 2017-2021. Within the scope of compulsory internship, I completed my 30 working days office and 30 working days field internship. I deserved to get a C1 level certificate in the foreign language exam (English) and spent 4 months and 15 days in Poland/Krakow with the Student Exchange Program.
