For me, architecture has two ways of manifesting itself: Mimicking to go a little unnoticed, or contrasting with the environment, highlighting and saying that it exists with a new and functional design, it is for both reasons that I like architectural design, adding the appearance ecological design to coexist with the planet trying to avoid more pollution.

Analyzing new business opportunities in Real Estate, searching for opportunities and maximum optimization of profitability of newly acquired properties and permanent re- evaluation of the existing portfolio based on changes or adjustments to the new regulations. Application of Green Building criteria adapting buildings and projects, for its subsequent certification under Leed Standards.

Space, Form 

I am an Architectural Graduate who are very happy and encouraged all time for the query of architecture. My architectural focus specially on gathering knowledge and make them in a standard way for people.

I am intrested in architectural heritage, historical buildings rehabilitation and cultural landscape (urbanism). I am also intrested in cities of culture and its projection on social development and sustainable tourism.

Senior Designer at BuildX Studio (Nairobi) and part-time lecturer at the Kenyatta University.

Jaime has worked as leading architect and project managers in educational and healthcare sectors in Kenya, Rwanda and Zambia; with emphasis on participatory design approaches and sustainability. He has also lectured at the NSPA Architecture Department and at the University of Rwanda.
