We are all a part of nature, what we take from nature needs to be returned back in a sustainable manner, it is challenging that's why we needs to be sensitive and design towards that. Depending on the context and circumstances you may face different challenges yet innovation should proceed reaching the set objectives. I believe this is the most futuristic idea for the planet earth !
My approach is holistically focusing on creative problem solving and critical thinking focusing on the client. Expertise from feasibility studies and public buildings in urban contexts, especially educational buildings. Interdisciplinarily experience with CLT wooden buildings and transformation projects. I am driven by the desire to create spaces that will have a long-term positive ands sustainable impact on a community.
I believe in a philosophy that entails design as an interdisciplinary, collective effort to respond to contemporary needs and future issues. A great design is the result of collaborative work combined with passionate, innivative, sensitive values that transforms a place or a space into a unique solution that responds to human needs.

I am an architectural designer at BuildX Studio, a lecturer(TF) at the University of Nairobi and an Aspen 2020 fellow. I practice, teach and conduct research on architectural design innovation to bring sustainable economic, social and environmental development to Kenya and beyond. Most recently I was the Kenyan lead researcher for the 2020 Guggenheim-NY exhibition with Rem Koolhaas, OMA, and the Harvard GSD.
I belived in the principle that interior is for the users and exterior is for the public. Architecture is the reflection of ones culture and history. Architecture is developed and evolved out of the local culture, climate, materials, and context. So, architects need to design respecting the local context, local culture and local history.
So, my focus is on searching for the locally focussed architecture in this global architecture.
He graduated from the Faculty of Architecture and the Faculty of Civil Engineering at STU in Bratislava, division Architecture. At present he works as a PhD student at the Department of Architecture at the Faculty of Civil Engineering. In his dissertation he deals with a sustainable aspect of renewal, more specifically the influence of intermediate space on energy efficiency. He has worked with several well-known architects in his practice. At the same time, he has successfully participated in different architectural competitions in a couple with Ing. arch. et Ing. Ema Kiabova. Together set up an architectural studio ER Atelier.
