Sandeep is an Urban designer and academic, been working on projects linking urban design and transport since. He has worked on Bus Rapid Transit system, transit infrastructure, street design, public space development, Accessibility plans, Interchanges, Transit orientated development, Local Area plans. He has also worked on preparing urban Street design guidelines, manual for physical integration under Multi-modal integration, tactical urbanism and capacity building program.He is actively involved in urban design consultancy and research activities.

Architecture is imagining yourself in Realtime on site and thinking about user's need , having walkthrough in it, experiencing spaces before execution on site so that no problem should occurs for him/her in future.

My architectural focus is in the field of innovation and research in Biophilic Design, Urban Planning and Product Design.I am also focused to design buildings culturaly meaningful buildings with human feel.

Your accomplishments showcase your undeniable expertise.Allow me to introduce myself as a young architect who graduated top of my class in both my fourth and sixth years of study. I am proud to have been honored as the laureate of the School of Architecture and Urbanism of Tunis ENAU during the Day of Scientific Excellence organized by Carthage University on July 5, 2022. Additionally, I was awarded the Knowledge Prize during the event organized by the Tunisian Architects Association in September 2023.I have had the privilege of collaborating with Arké agency, renowned for its landmark projects in both public and private sectors. Currently, I am a specialized interior architecture instructor at the School of Fine Arts in Mahdia and the Founder of Etincelle Architecturale, an Architecture and Interior Design agency.

Our shifting world naturally empowers us to rethink the complex relationship between human and earth memory. As one of the more fundamental aspects when thinking of the re-naturalization of our sceneries, can the collective participate in reshaping our surrounding landscapes?

Today I think that naturalness is the most important thing in any situation.Design of residential and public buildings. Contemporary patterns. The spaces, forms and structures of our residential buildings in relation to climate change and the economic environment.

As a world Citizen, I believe that is possible to change the world in a balanced way through the education, in fully respect of the nature, with the objective of contributing positively, improving the quality of people life. So, it is important to understand Architecture as a factor of social inclusion and human heritage preservation, generating self employment and income to reduce extreme poverty, education and preservation of built environment (urban and rural), low-cost housing proposals, better collective services and infrastructure and mitigation of the climate change effects.  

Architecture shouldn't only be used for "beautiful and luxurious" buildings. Architecture should be about sending a message, about making modern housing accessible to everyone, solving housing problems in poor neighborhoods, implementing all needed functions (schools, recreation centers..) to make that neighborhood auto-sufficient, to rehabilitate poor neighborhoods into a safe, sustainable, auto sufficient neighborhood.
