His work explores the intersection of regional planning, climate adaptation, and slow urbanism, focusing on creating cities that are both adaptable and deeply rooted in their cultural and environmental contexts.As a juror in architectural and urban design competitions, he evaluates projects that challenge conventional thinking and promote sustainability-driven urban strategies. He is also the co-founder of the Institute for Urban Resilience and Development (IURD), where he actively engages in research and initiatives shaping resilient and future-proof cities.Currently, Endrit is deepening his academic pursuit in Urban Resilience and Regional Planning, seeking to contribute to knowledge on adaptive urban strategies that balance growth, ecological responsibility, and cultural preservation.
