Project idea

Main idea was to build new building of town Hall which will meet requirements of operation, function and will be accessed to all social and age groups. Will be placed to keep the height level in connection with the surrounding buildings. The architectural look of the building stresses its seriousness and importance. The glass material is used as the main material of the facade is used in the cutout tube to a silver shade with a specific structure to emphasize the entry into the building. The interior of the building is tuned to the bright natural tones of colors. The main staircase is glass due to lighting the light.

Project description

The new town Hall has 7 aerial and 2 underground floors. In the underground part of the building there is a parking lot for 220 vehicles, archives of individual departments, warehouses, room of technical equipment of buildings and security. The ground floor is designed for the bulkhead workstation of all sections, waiting rooms, a tray, refreshments and sanitary facilities. In 2nd floor – 6th floor there is an office for 1, 2 persons according to the requirements of individual departments. In addition, the Office is the head of trade unions, referents and assistants. Rooms with different functions are inserted into the free space – call room, meeting rooms, lecture halls, archives, warehouses, sanitary facilities, kitchens and rest rooms. The 7th floor is complemented by a café and a space for exhibitions. In 5th floor – 7th floor, there is a gallery with an overview of the previous floors at the viewport. The building is optimally illuminated thanks to the suitably chosen material of the façade and skylights, which makes the light at the staircase point also to the center of the building.

Technical information

The building construction system is a skeleton consisting of monolithic columns and slabs. The cut-out into the building will be solved using a self-supporting, tidal structure. The whole structure will be built on the foot and foundation belts.
