Project idea
New building of the Czech embassy in Ethiopia comes from local traditional rural building tukul. Ground plan in a shape of circle is split by axes pointing to important places. That makes functional distribution of matter and at the same time comunication connection with the rest of the land. The matters of separate buildings escalate in a direction of hour hands. Partial relief of the bigger matters contributes to a dislocation of a ground plan circle centre of upper floors.
