The Beaumount Showflat

Project idea

A bold and fashionable design which beaten the traditional impression of a luxury showflat to attract young professionals. Bright, energetic colour palette together with modern designer lightings and furniture was introduced in the design, with an accent of reddish orange marble and pearl leather-panelled feature wall. The use of different angles and reflection of materials made this showflat demonstrated modern and young taste.

Project description

The Beaumount, located in Hong Kong is a residential interior design project. The concept behind the project is to inspire homeowners with several main ideas for the interior designing of their homes. This project shows modern, refreshing and classic interior designs with decorations that promises to make your home glow at all time. Furthermore, this project depicts the linkage of art and lifestyle with interior design and decoration.
This project covers four main parts of the selected home which are living & dining room, master bedroom, art & study room, with the bathroom. The concept behind the design is to create something amazing that depicts true creativity in action.

Living & Dining Room

Living & Dining room can come in variety of designs depending on how creative the designer is. The showflat of the Beaumount features a refreshing and elegant living & dining room design. It comes with a bright and energetic color palette together with modern designer lightings and bespoke furniture. A sofa, dining table, accent of reddish orange marble and pearl leather-paneled feature wall furnishes this living room for tasteful appearance. A rich aesthetic approach was used to make this interior design incredible. The design offers personality and at the same time, gives that mind-blowing appearance.

Master Bedroom

This master bedroom is the true definition of unique and fashionable design. In the master bedroom, we created a new concept which the interiors filled with bespoke furniture that encompasses bed, storage rack, hanger and a flip-up dressing table. The pearl colour wallcovering, beautiful marble flooring, with an array of lighting featured in this room helps keep it warm, refreshing and relaxing.

Art & Study Room

This interior design project also covers the art & study room. We designed this room to feature traditional but luxury springs and a well arranged set of customised furniture which include a study desk, a cinema armchair and a dynamic screen in chrome finish. The silver grey wallcovering of the room was stylishly setup with several frames to leave homeowners with the option of having enough place to keep items such as books and collections. Next to it was an artisan hand-crafted feature wall with gold-leaf accent and colour plastering to create a sense of originality. The big side window featured close to the study desk in the room helps to create a fresh atmosphere as overlooking to the beautiful mountains.

Bathroom

This gorgeous-looking bathroom gives attention to every necessary items required in a standard bathroom. It features a beautiful and charming textured marble wall. A bathtub, large wall mirror, wash hand basin in an art form, array of shining lights among others help to embellish this bathroom with that perfect look. This bathroom is shining, refreshing and extraordinarily beautiful with a modern impression of simplicity.

Technical information

This showflat is 658 square feet in size and a linkage with art and creativity was the main concept of this luxury showflat, an artisan hand-crafted feature wall with gold-leaf accent and colour plastering in the art and study room created a sense of personality and originality.
