Project idea

The main goal of the project is to establish modern building for embassy which full fil all necessary requirements ( technical and also security). This project is consist from the particully separated units appropriately oriented towars world parties. The building placement create safe central semi-enclosed space for the events.

Project description

The concept is four simple blocks that are placed perpendicular to each other. One of the blocks „distrupts“ object which is made from reinforced concrete shell by using triangel. This looks like a typical Czech rural architecture ( sloping roof). All pieces are from the same material – gray facade and white aluminum lamellas. There are created new asphalt and concrete roads within resort. These roads are sourrounded by vegetation which is typical for the site ( palm trees, deciduous trees). The resort has also places for leisure and recreation in form of quiet parks a pools.

Technical information

The administrative building has combined system of construction. The reinforced concrete skeleton and reinforced concrete core. The design of the roofing for the representative hall is designed as a self -supporting reinforced concrete shell. Other buildings have a wall construction system. The particular walls are reinforced concrete with heat insulation. Ceilings are composed by reinforced concrete board with acoustic insulation. As shielding element is used here aluminum lamellas.
