Project idea
The idea of the project consists in creation of comfortable housing and well-planned apartments. Also the project provides in itself the prehouse well-planned territory.
Project description
The house of 480 sq.m. has in itself two levels of operational space. The first level - public space; the second level-part space. For the first level separate inputs and outputs. The second level means from itself apartments of comfort of a different type: from spacious three-room apartments to compact studios. The volume and composition consists in ledges of walls and balconies.
Technical information
The project is applied by a frame system with columns.
