THE PROJECT PRESENTS A PROPOSAL FROM INDIAN CONSULATE IN AN URBAN CENTER. IN THE SITE THERE IS AN ABANDONED HISTORICAL BUILDING WHICH HAS BEEN OCCUPIED BY INDIGENOUS MANIFESTS WHERE AN URBAN VILLAGE WAS FORMED.
