Project idea

The idea is to create a fast fabricating and cheap office building to make a new point in the city that will be cultural symbol of first recycled building. Idea was to give a second life to an abandoned island at the edge of the fast-growing city. Approximately in 2020 there will be new region, and it's necessary to divide transport and pedestrian ways and give a workplace which would be near to citizens home and will give an easy way for students for practice and internship.

Project description

Digital prefabrication and parametrism are two whales of modern and maybe future architecture as I think. Today we destroy all fences in the city because it's the bad spirit of the past, and I decided to use recycled metal from fence to create something that would be more useful that the barrier.

Technical information

The building consists of several prefabricated constructions:
1) 44 Metal farm frames 3000*12000*20000 which are entirely connected by farms on the distance 4500 from each creating space for electricity communications between levels other and filled with light hydro and thermal insulating material from "isover", inner space would be faced with nonflammable polymer.
2) 2 horizontal and 2 vertical fire exit panels the same size with intersections for doors outside on each floor level on two opposite sides.
3)V shape entrance frame with metal extrusion and polymer cover holding on it.
4) 100 piles which would be on a depth of approximately 40-60 meters under the ground
5) 2 elevator panels
Solid foundation will hold 9 panels which are staying on a coast. Long and fat columns are connected by bridge which is holding 2 horizontal laying panels.
Steel cables are holding panels by the edge from 4 upper sides and also panels would be holding by two neighbor panels by metal z shape frame. Panels are rotated for 7 degrees from regarding to the previous panel and they start rotating on 10's panel and when the rotation is ended till 90 degrees it will be repeated again but vise versa.
Long columns under the bridge are holding by concrete pillow and then by piles, that will protect the building against shifting sands river sand effect.
