“Wings to the Future” winner’s trophy

New in the INSPIRELI AWARDS fourth annual

The contest is open to all students of any of the architectural field who are enrolled as student at the time they create work being entered in INSPIRELI AWARDS but not earliest than January 1, 2018.

Contestants enter projects in 3 categories (Architecture, Urban planning and landscape, Interior design).

Each contestant can submitted more project in more than 1 category.
Contestant can submit project as an individual or a team work.

The "Featured jury" is created for each category.

The jury

The quality standards of INSPIRELI AWARDS jury is guaranteed by the prominent experts from the professional and academic settings from around the world. The set up for the jury updates annually and the jurors are selected based on their expertise in one of the INSPIRELI AWARDS contest categories.

Contestants enter projects in 3 categories (Architecture, Urban planning and landscape, Interior design).

Evaluation criteria

The submitted projects are evaluation according to the criteria, which is constantly adapted to the latest findings in formal, technical, functional and environmental requirements. The criteria below represent a framework followed by each juror.

Suitability of design to the competition

How well does the project translate and interpret lucidly and creatively the INSPIRELI AWARDS merit.

Spatial integration

Does the design complement and is sensitive to its surroundings we well as the way how the people interact with the space, create pride and unique character.

Functionality of the design solution

How well does the project work for the intended use, while contributing to the locality?

Innovation and originality of the design solution

Does the project create a new expression that possibly sets a new trend?

Form

Is the project managed with high quality, not as a trendy/cutting edge solution but with relevance to its audience.

Environmental consideration

How well does the project minimize negative impact on ecological environment incl. technical and economical feasibility.

Contestants enter works in three categories:

Interior design

Awards prizes

There are 3 Category winners awarded and 1 Grand Prize winner with the highest scoring.

"Architecture" Award

Awarded to the best architectural project with the highest number of votes from the jury dedicated to the architecture category.

"Urban design and landscape" Award

Awarded to the best architectural project with the highest number of votes from the jury dedicated to the urban planning and landscape category.

"Interior design" Award

Awarded to the best architectural project with the highest number of votes from the jury dedicated to the interior design category.

„Wings to the future” Grand Prize Jury Award

Awarded to the highest scoring project from all categories.

Selection process

Voting process takes place for each category by the "Category Featured juror panel".

The Featured jurors vote for the best projects all over the year and their nomination will be published officially on the INSPIRELI AWARDS web site.

The total number of 30 nominees will be selected for the final round. The Featured jurors will assess the final projects and their votes will select winners of the category.

Single project whose work receives the highest number of votes will be awarded with the Grand Prize Jury Award. Should the number be the same for more projects the final selection follows by the Chairman of the INSPIRELI AWARDS jury.

  • January 31, 2019 Voting closes and 30 finalists are selected

  • February 28, 2019 Winners for each of the category as well as Grand Prize winner are selected

  • April 2019 Winners announcement + Gala ceremony
