My work is rooted in African identity yet aspires to global relevance, transforming local narratives into universal expressions.Guided by a deep respect for context, climate, and material authenticity, my approach merges sustainability with innovation where material as wood or earth instate of light become structural and emotional elements. Each project is conceived as a living organism, responding to its environment and evolving with its community.Kamte’s architecture challenges convention: i seeks to build the future from the essence of tradition, to shape cities that are both visionary and human. From the Lagos Wooden Tower to ongoing explorations in sustainable urbanism, my focus remains on redefining the role of architecture as a catalyst for transformation like social, environmental, and spiritual.
