Idea projektu
The aim is to achieve the maximum universality of individual spaces with regard to the present (house) and future use (housing units) of the building.
Popis projektu
Lifted matter has a sensitive response to the surrounding area. With its vertical drop, it fills the space of the triangle. By elevated displacement, on the contrary, it provides a convenient connection of spaces from the mezzanine and a view of the old town.
The design is to be mocked in some way by its familiarity with material suitability and combination. Lightweight skeleton is loaded with massive concrete.

Assembled steel construction with prefabricated
reinforced concrete floor panels and internal insulation.
