Greenco - project of open coworking space

Project idea

In response to the growing needs of today's remote workers, the Greenco project has arised - the concept of open - air coworking zone. The main assumption is the ability to work close to nature, in the fresh air, with access to the necessary office equipment.
Greenco is a concept based on the intimacy of nature and the harmonious balance between private and professional life. This is a place that allows you to work and rest in creative way, surrounded by greenery and the environment. It is also an attempt to define a modern workplace that for many people has long since go beyond the desk in a glass office building.

Project description

The project consists of an external part, which consists of outdor work stations as well as a segment built into the ground to create hygienic and sanitary facilities. The roof can be a place for work, rest or observation.
The base of the exterior of the building is a roofed platform, where the shapes form the shape of the tape, arranged on a circle plan. Varied web widths and heights allow you to tailor your parts to your requirements and mobilize them for creative use. Elements of different heights can have multiple functions, for example: worktop, seat or swing. The central point of the mold is a galzed tube, with a skylight in the roof where the workstations are located. The solution enables the building to be used in a wide variety of weather conditions, providing heating, air conditioning and a constant sense of closeness to nature, depending on the season.
Over the platform stands a vegetated roof, conected to the ground, so that you can enter in. There are stairs on the part of the cover, which in addition to the standard use also function as sitting places. Inside the roof are two windows, giving an insight into what happens at the zero poziom.
Inside the building there are toilets, a kitchenette, an office part with all necessary equipment, as well as technical and storage rooms. The space is also adapted to the needs of people with disabilities and is equipped with facilites such as a driveway, a lift or a properly equipped toilets.
