Housing projects in new urban planning. It is a collection of apartments just to stay and do business shops.
Idea: house + store + green space
Project description
The idea is that the apartments on the 1st floor are linked together into a seamless business space. Connect fair facade of the apartment with sidewalks and roads to create favorable conditions for business and trade.
Part 2. Housing: the housing space is pushed to start from the 2nd floor. The garden floor on the second floor interspersed between the blocks to create privacy for them, while bringing the green space to the house.
