This project has advanced building maintenance functionality, which allows to create various scenarios for the use of space. The architecture is aimed at making the residents' stay as comfortable as possible.

Project description

The residential group of medium storeys is located within the city Domodedovo in the New Domodedovo area. Convenient location: the proximity of the city with all the necessary infrastructure and the proximity to the forest allows you to enjoy all the benefits of civilization and at the same time feel the proximity of nature. Also, the proximity of the forest has a beneficial effect on the psycho-emotional state of the residents.
The low number of floors of the building site makes the architecture of the residential group more friendly and close to perception. The presence of commercial establishments on the first floor allows you to make accommodation
It is more comfortable, has a beneficial effect on the development of local private
entrepreneurship. The roof in use creates various scenarios for the use of the roof area and can potentially become a way to bring local residents closer together, which in turn will reduce the degree
of atomization of families.
The inner yard of the residential group is conventionally divided into two large courtyards, each of which houses a full-fledged sports ground for various sports. There is a workout area and a recreation area in the immediate vicinity. There are several playgrounds for preschool and school-age children. It is also worth noting that there is a dog walking area on the territory, separated from residential buildings by landscaping, which makes it possible to make the maintenance of dogs by residents the most comfortable.

On the territory of the residential group there are 2 underground two-level parking lots for 400 cars, as well as 2 above-ground guest parking on 60 seats. The exit from the underground workshop is located in the courtyard space.
