The aim of the project is to create a living space with an abundance of individual and common areas of different configurations.

Project description

The main feeling from the project is the manor lightness and inspiration. He is represented by the image of a landed bird. The leitmotif of movement, feathering and spaciousness runs through the facades and individual volumes of the complex.
So the general sprawling silhouette of the house continues with the line of technical buildings, the facade opens with accent glazing and turns into the relief of the walls.

Technical information

The planning structure of the building is based on the division of spaces into 2 wings. Important in the unification of the two parts, and subsequently of the family members, are the central rooms - the hall, the balcony and the attic floor
