Village for 1500 residents

Project idea

The project is aimed at creating a comfortable and safe
living environment, with a well-developed infrastructure and taking into account the needs of various groups of the population. Architectural solutions contribute to the formation of a positive image of the village and the creation of favorable
living conditions for its residents.

Project description

There is a picturesque park in the center of the village, oriented towards the forest area. There is a temple in the center of the park. There are playgrounds for children and adult recreation. Not far from the village there is a leisure center and a sports center with a fully equipped stadium. The village has a school for 300 children and two kindergartens for 100 children each. It has all the necessary infrastructure: a shopping center, a medical and obstetric center, a fire station for 2 cars, a police station and a post office. There are several surface parking lots located within the village. A notable feature of this project is the presence of a green boulevard connecting the central park and a remote part of the village with a group of private houses and a kindergarten into a single integral composition.

Technical information

The housing stock of the village is represented by 3 types of housing: sectional
houses of medium height, block houses and individual houses. Medium-rise buildings are located closer to the center of the village. Each residential group has a green interior a courtyard with playgrounds. Small, mostly one- and two-storey houses create an atmosphere of comfort and privacy.
The absence of multi-storey buildings makes the village more human and
comfortable to perceive. A place is provided within the village for the placement of berry production facilities. This type of production does not involve the release of harmful waste, so the sanitary area will be minimal, which allows to place public buildings nearby.
