Project idea

3-story environmentally conscious structure features a 'punctured façade' that incorporates useful balconies for walkways, vertical gardens, and natural ventilation. In line with *SDGs 4, 6, 8, and 9*, the building will give priority to sustainability (solar panels, vegetation) and universal accessibility (ramps, elevators).

Project description

Ivan Pavla II, St. Stryi, Lviv Region, Ukraine is where the site is situated. The goal of the project was to establish a space that promotes the growth and well-being of locals while being safe, welcoming, and environmentally friendly.
The project is about more than just design; it's about creating a sense of community, encouraging education, and making sure that people are secure and resilient during unpredictable times.
The layout requires four floors: a zero level for refuge where people can remain securely during air strikes. a first floor for commercial use, a second floor for all elderly group members, a third floor for office space.
