ITC Company Headquarters – Creative Hub for Design, Advertising & Marketing

Project Description & Context:
This project embodies the vision of ITC Company: a space where innovation, creativity, and communication intersect to shape future-forward branding experiences. Located in a modern urban setting, the headquarters is designed as a dynamic environment fostering visual storytelling and brand identity development. The design concept utilizes bold colors (notably purple and yellow), contemporary forms, and fluid navigation paths to inspire collaboration and creative thinking.

Goals and Objectives:

To provide a multifunctional space that supports the full cycle of graphic design, advertising, and marketing activities.

To cultivate a collaborative culture through open layouts, brainstorm areas, and creative lounges.

To visually reinforce the brand using a bold palette, motivational typography, and branded architectural gestures.

To accommodate different departments efficiently (e.g., Creative, IT, Animation, CEO & CD Offices) through color-coded wayfinding systems.

To promote well-being and innovation by integrating greenery, breakout zones, and ergonomic furniture.

Project description

1. Functional Scope:

Graphic Design Studios: Spaces equipped with collaborative desks, digital drawing equipment, and moodboards to support branding, layout, and packaging design.

Advertising & Marketing Zones: Dedicated spaces for content creation, campaign planning, and team presentations, including a brainstorming area and client meeting rooms.

Showroom & Display Area: An interactive area to showcase printed and digital works, color samples, material swatches, and case studies.

Reception & Client Interaction Spaces: Welcoming zones with inspirational messaging, designed for client engagement and first impressions.

Administrative Offices: Includes HR, Accounting, IT, CEO, and Creative Director offices, each designed with ergonomic and visual branding considerations.

Kitchen & Breakout Zones: Relaxed zones supporting staff wellbeing, casual collaboration, and informal meetings.

2. Aesthetic and Branding Scope:

The use of signature brand colors (purple and yellow) to unify all departments and reinforce visual identity.

Wayfinding system using floor-mounted colored lines to direct staff and visitors throughout the space.

Integration of motivational typography and branded messaging into walls and structures.

3. Technical Scope:

Open ceiling with visible MEP services to reflect an industrial-creative environment.

LED lighting system with energy-efficient ring fixtures.

Use of modular furniture and adaptable partitions to allow space transformation over time.

4. Digital & Innovation Integration:

Multimedia stations, interactive displays, and digital boards integrated in the showroom and brainstorming zones.

Smart lighting and environmental controls to enhance comfort and sustainability.

5. Environmental Scope:

Indoor plants and greenery integrated to improve air quality and aesthetics.

Sustainable materials used where possible in finishes and furniture.

Technical information

1. Architectural Elements:

Flooring:

High-durability epoxy with embedded multicolored directional lines.

Anti-slip matte finish for safety and heavy traffic zones.

Walls:

Acoustic gypsum board partitions in enclosed spaces.

Glass-walled offices with powder-coated black aluminum frames to ensure visual transparency while maintaining acoustic privacy.

Feature walls with integrated lighting and branding graphics.

Ceiling:

Exposed industrial-style ceiling with integrated lighting, HVAC, and acoustic panels.

Decorative lighting suspended to enhance the futuristic aesthetic.

2. Lighting System:

Circular LED pendant lights for general illumination.

Task lighting with LED strips at workstations and display areas.

Accent RGB lighting in display and signage zones.

3. HVAC System:

Centralized HVAC with localized controls.

Exposed ducts designed as part of the industrial interior concept.

Air purification integrated into the ventilation system.

4. Furniture & Fixtures:

Ergonomic, modular workstations and custom-designed desks.

Curved benches and integrated display seating.

Acrylic-faced reception desks and meeting counters with built-in storage.

5. IT and Electrical Infrastructure:

Dedicated IT room with UPS and cooling systems.

6. Materials and Finishes:

Main Materials:

Acrylic (used for all glossy finishes including glossy yellow surfaces), MDF, glass, powder-coated steel, and perforated metal mesh.

Finish Details:

All glossy elements are made from acrylic, including counters, signage, and wall cladding.

Matte finishes used in circulation areas and soft seating for contrast.

Color Palette:

Dominant use of glossy yellow and glossy purple acrylic, with charcoal gray and multicolor striping for energy and orientation.

Sustainability:

Use of low-VOC water-based paints, LED lighting, and recyclable materials.
