Project idea

The concept is the creation of private coworking gardens, meeting places in a public space on the ground floor and private landscaped terraces on the roofs. The residential complex is located in the city of Los Angeles. Los Angeles has a warm climate with little precipitation per year, so the use of landscaped terraces is appropriate in this project.

Project description

The residential complex consists of 2 houses with private terraces, one house with residential cells and one 15-storey residential building, the first floors are dedicated to public needs.
