Project idea

Kyrenia is a vibrant coastal city with a rich cultural scene, yet it lacks a dedicated concert arena and event complex that can accommodate large-scale performances, festivals, and international events.
The city's growing tourism industry, thriving nightlife, and diverse local community create a strong demand for a multifunctional venue that can host concerts, exhibitions, conferences, and entertainment events year-round. Currently, most large events rely on temporary setups or smaller venues that limit their potential.
A purpose-built event complex would not only enhance Kyrenia’s cultural and economic landscape but also establish it as a regional hub for entertainment, attracting both local and international audiences. Integrating innovative and sustainable design principles, this venue could transform the Pia Bella Stadium site into a dynamic space that supports art, business, and tourism, reinforcing Kyrenia’s position as a leading destination in Northern Cyprus.
