Project idea

It begins with a simple square to which its main lines are stretched, generating 4 different spaces. In each of these spaces a building was placed which in turn will have its own space. The set was turned to 15º parallel to the longest line of the land and in front of the street with main access.

Project description

The project is based on a large central space which is surrounded by 4 buildings with different functions. On the main street is the embassy building with a direct access and the main access to the consulate and visa building. Forming an "L" is the building of the residence of the ambassador and the rooms for representatives; This has a direct connection with the embassy. The residence for embassy workers and local workers are independent and both have their own space without interfering with the rest of the buildings. The internal street was proposed to be able to access the residence of the ambassador in a more private and controlled manner, as well as for access to the services

Technical information

We will use a structure with concrete columns, mezzanines of concrete slabs and concrete cover. The facade of the building is characterized by being glazed in public spaces and closed with private parts.
