Project idea

our goal is to create a space that feels like home, not school, so students learn by choice, not because it’s mandatory. by making additional space inside the classroom, students can enjoy their school time by engaging with it. additionally, this space is created for late‑comers and sick students, because we believe they shouldn’t be separated or isolated; instead they stay within the shared environment. by creating this kind of space, we aim to break the paradox that has held schools back for decades in terms of space and change the current rigid thinking about educational environments.

Project description

the project has reached its goal and concept by creating spaces like the one in the class room for the students to have an additional space in the class room where they can engage and make the learning and teaching process to be not obligatory but full of desire and choice. and also creating a communal areas at the center of the compound where students come and interact spend time together and make them like their school by giving them spaces where they can spend their free time and link with other students.

Technical information

the construction of the building consists of different kinds of structures like mega truss structure space frames and grid systems, these all kinds of structures make the whole compound to be unique and adapt multiple types of structures in a single project making the whole project play full and experimental. additionally the school was incorporated with a dynamic and play full facade with different types of forms and colors to take advantage of the dynamism and psychology of colors making the whole project explorable.
