The idea of the project was to create a modern architectural design, taking into account the existing infrastructure.

Project description

The project is a medium-rise residential building located at the intersection of Usova and Vershinina streets in Tomsk. The building has five ground floors with an attic and one underground level designed for technical needs and parking.

The architecture of the residential complex harmoniously fits into the urban environment, preserving the medium-rise scale of the building and providing people with a calm and comfortable stay. The facades are designed with restraint and with an emphasis on natural tones, which allows the building to perfectly concentrate on the main thing — creating comfort and quality of life for residents.

The project also provides for underground parking, which allows to free up the courtyard space for other purposes, while maintaining the lightness and aesthetics of the courtyard. A children's playground, a park and recreation area with benches and walking paths, as well as a sports ground for active recreation of all age groups are organized inside the courtyard.

Thus, the project meets modern standards and needs of urban residents, allowing people to enjoy the natural advantages of the courtyard, while maintaining peace, order and aesthetic appearance of the environment.
