Project idea

The project aims to create a covered parking facility in the city center that addresses the parking shortage while utilizing the rooftop as a comfortable public space for recreation and sports.
Problem: Lack of parking spaces and insufficient well-maintained public areas in the city center.
Goals:
Optimize urban land use.
Create a multifunctional facility for residents and visitors.
Enhance the quality of the urban environment.

Project description

The project consists of:
A covered parking lot for 300 cars.
A rooftop public area:
Tennis courts.
Children's playgrounds.
Landscaped recreational zones.
The facility combines parking functionality with the social value of public space.
