Technical information

Design Description: The name of this project is Circle, which comes from its circular shape. The circular shape of the circle is derived from the traditional circular buildings in Africa, and the circular ceiling of this project is derived from it. This design adopts a double-layer structure based on the local climate characteristics to weaken the impact of ultraviolet radiation on local temperature, while the semi enclosed layout is used to address the sandstorm weather caused by the local sandy environment. This design revolves around the peripheral layout of a circular building, adding fun to the loop through changes in light, shadow, and width. In order to prevent insufficient lighting in the internal area, a hole is opened in the ceiling to introduce light to meet the internal lighting needs. The internal classrooms often use surrounding walls and overhead ceilings to increase lighting and accelerate ventilation. The materials used in this building are locally abundant wood and molecular materials, achieving the goal of mass production and labor saving. The original intention of this architectural design is not only to meet the needs of students and teachers, but also to increase the fun of the school for students, so that they can regard learning as a pleasure and increase their sense of belonging to the opposing school.
