Project idea

The idea of this project is the creation of a town public space that’ll hold events and unite people through group activities, based off of historical context. Throughout ages, there’s always been such a place in every town — the town square, so we transform the concept of it, translating the idea through “house” context. Town square is the town’s heart, and every town consists of houses, and every house is home. Every town is home.

Project description

This project consists of the four following parts. Hearing zone, vision zone, tactile zone and olfactory zone. Those are four independent zones that are connected with the idea that these are the feelings we perceive performance through. Each zone is slightly different from the other, having its own special traits.
