Project idea

The project goal is to create a comfortable environment for scientific researchers. The parking facility is located across from the science center in Ufa. The project objective is to design a space for people arriving at this science center from other cities. The project aims to boost interest in the scientific field in Ufa and provide comfortable living conditions for researchers.

Project description

The parking structure includes compact capsule apartments on each floor. A person arriving from another city to the science center can not only leave their personal vehicle, but also rent an apartment just a few feet away from their parking spot. The ground floor offers essential facilities for a comfortable stay, such as a gym and a café.

Technical information

The parking is a reinforced concrete structure with columns, which is a standard for such buildings. The elevation is coppered, while the apartments are built of brick and reinforced concrete.
