The idea of this project addresses the growing demand for sustainable suburban communities that combine quality residential living with environmental stewardship. Inspired by the need to create a complete neighborhood that serves 1,750 residents, this development aims to establish a model mixed-use settlement that integrates diverse housing typologies, comprehensive green infrastructure, and community facilities. The project seeks to demonstrate how thoughtful urban planning can create a walkable, environmentally responsible community that enhances quality of life while respecting the natural landscape context on Berezovsky Highway.
This project consists of a comprehensive residential settlement spanning 47.89 hectares, featuring a diverse housing mix including 186 townhouses, 53 single-family homes, 20 estate properties, 10 premium estates, and 19 multi-family units. The main area encompasses complete neighborhood infrastructure including a school, childcare center, community center, commercial spaces, recreational facilities, and administrative services.
The construction utilizes sustainable site development principles with building heights limited to 20m (5 stories maximum).
