The proposed building is a four-storey reconstructed building of the former boiler house of Prabos, which has been adapted for a new functional use. It is a multifunctional space combining a brewery, restaurant facilities, play areas and leisure activities. The aim of the project is to preserve the industrial character of the building and create an attractive meeting and entertainment place for local residents and tourists.
The floor plan is rectangular with three floors and one mezzanine. All floors are accessible from the elevator. The house has a flat roof with an attic.
On the first floor there is a space for a brewery and beer production. A rear entrance for supplies is added to this space, as well as a supply elevator that further leads to the upper floor of the pub. A bar counter with storage for staff and toilets for visitors are also located on this floor. Above this area is a mezzanine level which houses pool tables and several sofas for watching the game. There is also a guest supply lift to this floor. On the top floor there is an area for mini-golf and also an area for playing table football together with a small seating area. All floors are connected by a glass semicircular lift.
The supporting structure of the building is a skeleton system of columns with dimensions 300x250 mm. The original masonry is retained in the outer shell and then insulation with 200 mm thick mineral wool is added.
