Residential modules are currently gaining popularity. The idea of the project is to integrate bionic concepts into the formation of a residential module. The basis for the formation of my project was the shape of a pistachio nut. I used the "shell" as walls and a ceiling, and in the "nut core" I placed a living space, which was glazed on three sides.
The first stage of my project was the formation of the residential module, that is, it was necessary to understand how it would look from the outside. Having determined the desired useful area of the module, I decided on its dimensions. The next stage was to create a layout of the functional equipment. I decided to make the living space a small studio for two people. The only isolated room is the bathroom. Then, having decided on the style of the interior solution, I proceeded directly to the interior design. I decided to make the interior in Japanese style.
The internal frame is made of metal pipes or profiles, providing strength to the form. It serves as a base for the external surface, covered with a layer of water-repellent and heat-insulating membrane, which protects against moisture, wind and temperature changes. The next external layer is made of wooden panels imitating tiles, which gives the module an aesthetic appearance and additional heat insulation.
