Project idea

en: The design of a family house makes the most of the land, trying to make the house naturally blend with the landscape, allow the privacy of the house to a large garden.
The shape of the lower floor copies the highest slope of the land, but also uses the maximum of the sunny sides. The upper floor, then mirroring the bottom mass, creates a spacious terrace facing south and west. On the other side, which has a minimum sun, there is a garage and a technical room. The bottom is also slightly slid to protect the upper from the strong sun rays while creating privacy on a small terrace.
Naturally, the function of the floors is divided. The upper one serves the daily part, which you can share with care and visit. The bottom is then a private section that is still divided into parental and childish. Parents have their peace of mind, and although they share the same lower terrace, they do not see each other in the bedrooms.
An important bonus is that all the living rooms can be seen directly at Ještěd.

cz: Návrh rodinného domu využívá maximum z daného pozemku, snažila jsem se, aby dům přirozeně splynul s krajinou, umožnil obyvatelům soukromí směrem do velké zahrady.
Tvar spodního podlaží kopíruje jak nejvyšší svah na pozemku, ale zároveň využívá maximum ze slunečných stran. Horní patro pak zrcadlením hmoty spodní a tím vzniká prostorná terasa orientovaná na jih a západ. Z druhé strany, která má slunce minimum, je umístěna garáž a technické místnosti. Spodní hmota je zároveň trochu zasunutá tak, aby jí ta horní chránila od silných slunečních paprsků a zároveň vytvářela soukromí na malé terase.
Přirozeně se pak rozdělí funkce podlaží. To horní slouží denní části, kterou můžete bezstarostně sdílet i s návštěvou. To spodní je pak částí soukromou, která je ještě rozdělena na rodičovskou a dětskou. Rodiče tak mají svůj klid a i když sdílejí stejnou spodní terasu, navzájem si nevidí do ložnic.
Důležitým bonusem je také to, že ze všech obytných pokojů jde vidět přímo na Ještěd.

It is my bachelor project, I designed a study of the house, design construction system and made few technical drawings (second floor, section, architecture detail, situation)..

Technical information

There is an underground storey of reinforced concrete, but the entire upper floor including the roof is designed as a wooden building from the novatop system.
