3 Zoning: Divided into public, semi-public, and private zones with central courtyards and green buffers.
4 Materials: Use of local materials like terracotta jaalis and stone, promoting sustainability.
5 Ventilation: Design allows cross ventilation and passive cooling using form and openings.
6 Goal: To create a climate-responsive, culturally rooted building with a modern expression.
