"Eagle Boost" factory

Project idea

The Eagle Boost factory is a modern and innovative facility located in Suharekë in Kosovo with a very interesting design. Its architecture is contemporary and attractive, making it stand out as a unique project. Project description

Our project, Eagle Boost, is a single-story factory with four main entrances.
The first entrance, featuring a windbreak, leads to the information area, which includes a showroom, shared spaces, and direct access to the main restaurant and design offices, such as the prototype workshop, design studio, and laboratory. This section also contains the management offices, including the secretariat, accounting, cash desk, archives, storage, and sanitary facilities. This entrance also allows visitors to access the production area for guided tours.

The second entrance is the service entrance, connecting the kitchen to the canteen and restaurant, allowing workers to pass through the clean and dirty changing rooms, equipped with laundries, before entering the production hall, which also includes an emergency exit.

The third entrance serves as the dispatch area for finished products, directly connected to the final goods warehouse. Nearby are the production and recycling departments, accompanied by the foreman’s office, product control, storage, and administration office.

The fourth entrance is dedicated to the delivery of raw materials, with direct access to the raw materials warehouse.

Technical information

The structure of our factory is a combined system. In the main entrance, administrative, and restaurant areas, we use a skeletal system with columns of 60x60 cm, 3.5 meters high, arranged along longitudinal axes 1500 and 1040, and transverse axes 1040, 1500, and 1200.

The production area features arched truss structures, spanning up to 50 meters, with a truss column height of 4 meters, width of 2.5 meters, and arch spacing of 1 meter. The truss is supported on one side by a steel column and on the other side by a concrete column.
